Link Personnel have been instructed on a PR and Communications Executive vacancy with our client, a Law Firm in Dublin 2. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to provide support to a global marketing communications team on high impact public relations and communications initiatives.

The Role:

  • Work with partners to raise the profile of the firm.
  • Assisting with the development of external communications strategies and plans to meet these goals within budget.
  • Work alongside senior members of the marketing teams to prepare PR and Communications plans and budgets.
  • Liaise with the global PR team on key messages for EMEA offices.
  • Monitor the PR activity and adjusts targets as and when required.
  • Work with the Global PR and Communications team on key campaigns.
  • Develop content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media and other.
  • Gain knowledge around client issues and their services.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

  • 4-5+ years' experience in a Marketing/Business Development role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • BA in PR, Comms, Marketing or Business is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
  • Experience with InterAction or other CRM systems and strong MS Office skills.
