About The KPMG Graduate Programme

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our next cohort of the highly successful KPMG Graduate Programme As a graduate based in Galway, you'll engage in meaningful work in our Audit practice on a 3.5-year training contract, with a cohort of fellow graduates working towards their associate chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications. We take our responsibility to ensure that you excel in your professional exams seriously. Our exam pass rate is 10% to 30% better than the national average and #1 in Ireland and we consistently have many of our employees placed in the top ten results in the country including 100% pass rate for 2024

If the below sounds like you, we hope you'll apply

  • Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master's student at university from any degree discipline
  • Minimum 2.1 current university results
  • Demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role
How will you make an impact?

Audit is essential for the operation of any business. An auditor conducts financial examinations to provide an insight on whether clients' financial reports provide an accurate reflection of their business.

KPMG's Audit and Assurance practice is the first choice for over 40% of Irish listed companies, with over €114 million in revenue. We audit over 32% of the top 100 companies in Ireland, including Ryanair, Independent News and Media, Paddy Power, Greencore, and Fyffes.
