Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our catering department at Haven Bay Care Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including HACCP compliance.
  • Plan, cost and deliver high-quality menus tailored to residents' needs.
  • Manage food purchasing, stock control and supplier relationships.
  • Lead, train and develop the catering team to Haven Bay and HIQA standards.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and equipment maintenance at all times.
  • Work closely with nursing staff to meet residents' dietary requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in kitchen or catering management.
  • HACCP certification and excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Passion for creating nutritious, high-quality meals with a personal touch.
