Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef for a small, busy hotel located in a stunning rural setting. This position is typically available only every few years and offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate.

The role is year-round, with high demand and a fast pace during the summer season, and a slightly reduced pace in winter. Given the hotel's size and location, the compensation package is highly attractive, making this a competitive opportunity.

This position requires extensive experience as a Head Chef, excellent culinary skills, proven kitchen management abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak season.

If you are currently a sous chef looking to step up, this role may not be suitable. However, if you are a seasoned Head Chef eager to work in one of Ireland's most scenic locations with a rewarding package, we encourage you to apply promptly.
