We are recruiting a Receptionist to join our Workplace Services team in one of our corporate clients in Dublin 2 close to the luas.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a receptionist to join a small Reception team. Flexibility is required on occasion to stay later to cover events. This is a Monday to Friday role.

Job Functions include:
  • Manage switchboard into the office.
  • Manage WPS emails and respond or forward.
  • Visitor management - iPad check in and badge issue
  • Courier requests.
  • Temporary badge issue/return and badge audits.
  • Manage and respond to WPS tickets or reassign to ambassador/site lead.
  • Employee mail management.
  • Manage stationary and office inventory, including ordering as required.
  • Stock-take & ordering of office essentials.
  • Assist with employee ad-hoc requests such as printing/laminating.
  • Manage mail room and manage communication with team on collection of items.
  • Enforce company health & safety and environmental policies and laws.
  • Manage visitor iPad, visitor badges
  • Ensure high standards are met at the front desk.
  • Create a welcoming and inviting reception area - manage cleanliness, control lobby music and overall appearance of that first point for contact.
  • Anticipate any needs across the teams and support the client and contractors onsite as required.
  • Facilitate weekly duress alarm testing and car parking.
  • Onboarding and offboarding tasks for all employees.

Essential Qualifications
  • Previous reception experience in heavy volume customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite and Web.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Possesses a positive attitude, even in difficult situations.
  • Proficient in working within a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Is self-directed and possesses a takes-initiative approach.
  • Maintains a clean and professional appearance.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist experience
