The Hillgrove hotel & Spa, part of The iNUA Collection is now looking for a passionate and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a memorable and positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, processing payments and adhering to all company procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage switchboard operations, directing calls and providing information to guests.
  • Maintain a well-organised reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
  • May assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • A genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with PMS like HotSoft and/or Opera.
