Key roles

You will advise customers on their insurance needs and make outbound calls to generate sales and renewals. The ideal candidate is reliable and focused, eager to join a dynamic, high-performing broker support team.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from customers via inbound calls and email.
  • Respond to all customer service requirements per service levels, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Provide accurate advice based on in-depth knowledge of the business and services.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Resolve queries on a first-call basis.
  • Make outbound calls for sales and renewals.
  • Act in a compliant and secure manner according to policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Commit to personal development and growth.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decision-making and numerical skills.
  • Sales negotiation and administrative skills are highly desirable.
Experience
  • Experience in a pressured environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience working as part of a team, supporting and motivating others.
  • Third-level qualification (highly desired).
  • Experience with Applied or OpenGI broking systems (preferable).
