ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the on-site studio, ensuring creative projects are delivered on brief, on time to a high standard of quality, pushing the teams to deliver best-in-class work, effective scheduling and trafficking.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

You'll be joining a team who are passionate about creating and producing the best design, working with a Dublin team of designers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
  • Experience managing the flow of creative projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans.
  • Resource planning and managing costs and budgets.
  • Experience managing team data and producing monthly information reports.
  • Working with a creative studio and managing workflow deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in the advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of printing procedures and digital workflow.
  • Assist with identifying incremental opportunities and driving account growth.
  • Supports the Account Director as needed with management of individual lines of business.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Highly organised individual with an eye for detail.
  • Experience managing and motivating creative teams.
  • Exposure to working in a client-facing capacity, from handling client requests to taking full briefs and delivering to exceed client requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workload and the pressure that it brings.
  • Digital Studio coordination experience is highly advantageous, as is the understanding of the mechanics of a creative studio.
  • Ability to work under own initiative to strict and tight deadlines.
  • Flexible, creative and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills.
