Role Profile / About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the forklift daily while serving customers and handling stock deliveries.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Manage goods-inwards and handle deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and expert advice on products.
  • Ensure high standards of store presentation and cleanliness across all areas.
  • Follow policies and procedures for security of cash and merchandise.
  • Participate in regular stocktaking, including daily cycle counts.
  • Be flexible across various departments as needed.
  • Code, price, and update product prices for resale.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and report hazards.
What You Will Bring To Co-Op Superstores
  • Learner's permit or full driver's license.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in the agricultural sector, builders' providers, or hardware is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player attitude.
