Cork, Cork, Ireland Centric Health Ltd Full time

Centric Health in Co. Cork is seeking a trained GP Associate to join our well-organised, compassionate team of Healthcare professionals. We are a 3 GP practice with a comprehensive practice support team, including experienced practice nurses. We see this role as an exciting opportunity for a GP looking to extend your knowledge and with this are offering an excellent remuneration package inclusive of paid indemnity and 6 weeks annual leave. There are no OOH or weekends associated with this role.

Benefits of joining a Centric Health practice include access to great support from a management perspective, our own mentorship programme for GPs, and bespoke CPD (such as a dedicated Hot Topics course and annual conferences).

Ideally, we are looking for a trained GP to cover 4 to 6 sessions during a Monday-Friday week. Our practices are fully computerized, and appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes each. Our teams all have experienced GP colleagues, nursing support, and administration teams.

Package Overview

When applying for a permanent position with Centric Health, a high-level overview of the package when working 10 sessions with Centric Health (Mon-Fri) is as follows. Salary, leave, and indemnity are pro-rated downwards should you work fewer sessions:

  • Negotiable rates
  • 6 weeks of annual leave (pro rata)
  • 2 weeks of paid sick leave
  • Medical Indemnity paid
  • Additional Benefits - Educational assistance, special interest development, mentorship programmes, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
