Customer Care Representative

Overview

Join the Tesco Ireland Waterford Customer Engagement Centre as a Customer Care Representative. You will manage inbound and outbound contact from customers, responding to and resolving queries, logging contact types, and recording interactions. You will use your skills and knowledge to deliver appropriate solutions and provide an effortless service to our customers. The successful candidates will join at 95% of the established rate (€14.68 per hour) moving to €15.45 per hour after 6 months. This role is based at the Waterford Customer Engagement Centre.

Responsibilities

• Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's query and identifying and implementing a resolution
• Taking ownership of the issue and following through on commitments
• Recommending improvements based on customer needs analysis
• Participating in everyday conversations with my manager
• Sharing knowledge freely with others
• Supporting my colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Delivering personal objectives
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Continually developing my skills to be the best I can be in my role
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes and practices in the business and embracing change

You will need
