Customer Service Representative Role

We are currently recruiting for a customer-facing professional to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exciting fast-paced environment selling positive good-for-you products to happy and thankful customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being proactive, friendly and approachable at all times.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to high hygiene standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • To work effectively as part of a team and be able to work on own initiative to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and weekdays with a willingness to go above and beyond to support the team.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail would be highly advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
