The role of a Receptionist at a 4-star city centre hotel offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional guest service and contribute towards maximising bedroom sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests upon arrival and anticipate their needs.
- Perform check-in, check-out, and cash handling tasks efficiently.
- Manage online and phone reservations as required.
- Represent the hotel professionally at all times.
- Action guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Perform duties according to hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
- Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and services.
- Contribute to revenue control and maximise bedroom sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and back office.
- Hotel B&B discounts across the group.
- 20% discount on bar & restaurant food in a sister property.
- 10% discount on food for family occasions (groups of 20 or more).
