The Programme

Starting on 9th Sept in Dublin, all graduates will start in our Dublin HQ for a period of 6 months before transferring to our office in Malta for the remaining 1.5 years of the programme. The programme offers rotations through key business areas, ongoing mentorship from our senior leadership team, and network-related experiences to understand Ryanair and its operations.

What you need to get in
  • On track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and excelled in your degree
  • Graduated/finished university no earlier than 2023
  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network
  • Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
  • Ability to work in a pressurised and fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Good sense of humour
