Role Description

This is a part time hybrid role for Home Care Workers, located in Dunshaughlin, Dunboyne and Ratoath areas. The Home Care Worker will assist with daily living activities, and support individuals with dementia in their homes. Responsibilities include caregiving, ensuring elder care, and maintaining an empathetic and patient-focused approach. Interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and Home Care skills
• Personal Care and Elder Care skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with individuals with dementia is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare or social care
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
