Join Our Community Nursing TeamWe are currently seeking experienced community staff nurses to join our team in Dunshaughlin, Co.Meath. As a community staff nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working closely with our clinical nurse managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions between care settings.About the Role
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex needs, including those requiring paediatric care.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective handovers and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 1 year of acute paediatric experience or related experience.
  • NMBI registration.
  • Open to RCN or RGN/RNID with applicable experience.
  • Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship.
  • Mandatory certifications up to date in accordance with NMBI requirement.
  • Desire to provide one-to-one care.
