Overview

TTM Healthcare Solutions is recruiting for Social Care Workers/Autism Practitioners on behalf of a leading residential service that provides support to individuals with autism. Location: North Kildare area. Role: Deputy Home Manager, Other Qualified Professional. Contract: Permanent, Full-time (39-hour week). Rostering across 7 days and nights. Posted: 20 Aug 2025. Closes: 19 Sep 2025. Salary: €35,216 - €50,954 per year.

Responsibilities

The service users attend for community-based residential supports. These are busy homes with individuals supported enjoying a mixture of home and community-based activities. The roster will operate across 7 days and nights. Applicants must have a full, clean driving license.

Qualifications
  • Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Studies from an accredited institution, OR
  • A recognised qualification equivalent to the Irish Level 7 award (NARIC), OR
  • Relevant third-level degree in social work, psychology, or allied health, OR
  • At least one year of recent experience in a similar role.
  • A thorough understanding of HIQA regulations.
  • Must be eligible for CORU Registration.
