- Liaising with suppliers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Handling any issues or delays with professionalism and proactive solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with international shipping and relocation regulations.
- Tracking shipments and providing real-time updates to clients.
- Maintaining accurate move records in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure service quality.
- Managing claims and customer feedback processes.
- Supporting pre-move surveys and post-move follow-ups.
- Prior experience in HHG (household goods) relocations is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple moves simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
