Petmania is currently recruiting for a part-time Sales Associate and e-Commerce Assistant for our Kilkenny store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail and sales, eager to make their mark in the store, and preferably studying or recently qualified in Animal Care to QQI level 5 or 6.

We offer a 20-hour contract, with the potential for more hours each week. Please note you must be available mid-week as well as weekends.

Main Tasks
Store
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers in making the right choices for their pets.
  • Provide outstanding customer care both in-store and in grooming studios.
  • Perform general retail duties such as merchandising, store housekeeping, and price checks.
e-Commerce
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch.
  • Complete dispatch paperwork efficiently.
  • Advise customers on products online.
