Role Overview
Providing our clients with a market leading recruitment serviceEffectively managing a significant workload and prioritising key responsibilities in a fast paced environment.Sourcing high-quality candidates through the company database, social media, job boards, and referrals.Conducting candidate referencing to ensure quality and suitability.Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends through press releases, social networking, and candidate interaction.Capturing, managing, and deriving insights from data.Being a positive influence on the company, engaging with company growth strategies, and pursuing continuous professional development.Skills/Experience Required
A genuine desire to build a long-term career within the recruitment industry.Education to Hons Level 8 in a Business, HR, or Engineering-related discipline.Driven and possessing excellent communication skills.Personable individual who thrives in small team environments.Excellent communication skills and a good judge of character.High level of efficiency around IT-related tasks is essential.Extremely organised individual required to manage a busy desk.Talent Partner | Engineering | Construction
