Location: Dublin

Grade: Partner, Director or Of Counsel

Contract type: Permanent

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

  • PQE 6 years minimum.
  • Strong M&A and corporate law experience.
  • Exposure to cross-jurisdictional and complex M&A transactions would be an advantage.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Drafting complex documents for internal and external clients.
  • Provision of advice to clients on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and commercial contracting.
  • Negotiation of a broad array of corporate transactions in the domestic and international market, working alongside colleagues with diverse skills and from multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provision of ad hoc legal advice to clients and KPMG teams.
