Cpl Healthcare is now accepting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for a full-time Deputy Social Care Manager role based in Adare, Co. Limerick.

Our client is a leading provider of residential and aftercare services for young people, offering a range of tailored supports to meet the needs of both the individuals and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a committed and dynamic team that places young people at the heart of everything they do.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager to support and guide a dedicated team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment is consistently provided for all young people in residential care.

Requirements:

  • Full, clean driving licence
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential services for young people
  • A relevant Level 7 qualification (or higher) in one of the following areas:
    • Social Care
    • Social Work
    • Psychology (Level 8)
    • Child & Adult Psychotherapy
    • Youth & Community Work
    • Teaching
    • Nursing
    • Social Science
    • Counselling
    • Addiction Studies
