Social care professionals have a unique opportunity to join our team as Deputy Social Care Manager in Limerick, Ireland.
Job Description:We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to lead our social care team and provide exceptional support to young people with disabilities or autism.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum level 8 degree in Social Care and 3 years' experience of working in a social care grade with young people, OR a Level 7 in Social Care and a relevant management qualification with 3 years' experience of working at a social care grade with young people.
Strong leadership skills, the ability to empower others, and a personal attribute of positivity, flexibility, and problem-solving attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the social care team
- Develop and implement care plans for young people
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to staff members
