Our client is a leading provider of residential and aftercare services for young people, offering a range of tailored supports to meet the needs of both the individuals and their families.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager to support and guide a dedicated team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment is consistently provided for all young people in residential care.
Requirements:
Full, clean driving licence
A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential services for young people
A relevant Level 7 qualification (or higher) in one of the following areas:
Social Care
Social Work
Psychology (Level 8)
Child & Adult Psychotherapy
Youth & Community Work
Teaching
Nursing
Social Science
Counselling
Addiction Studies
