Grocery Assistant Store Manager Job Carlow

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to assist the Store Manager in daily operations in a high-performing , newly revamped retail store in Carlow. W ith a dynamic team of staff, this is a fast-paced and challenging opportunity in one of the region's busiest retail outlets.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional from big-box retail with experience in managing large teams and handling both ambient and fresh food categories.

The ideal candidate will have the potential to step into a Store Manager role within 2–3 years, with a strong focus on leadership development and commercial acumen.
