We are a construction company with one of our offices based in Cork City, specialising in External Facades with Light Gauge steel frames.

Job description listed below:


• Applicants must hold a third-level qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent, graduates in 2025 also welcome to apply.


• Carrying out all stages of design concerning Light Gauge Steel Facade systems


• Attend Site/Design meetings in the UK if required.


• Learn to locate/source drawings on project CDE's and issue requests for information if not available through RFI's.


• Interpreting structural/architectural working drawings to develop Cad/Revit/BIM design information.


• Work with Designers/Structural Engineers to develop project specific construction details, and maintain good team communication/work.


• Liaise with Clients, Architects, and Main Contractors to deliver design in line with building regulations, structural requirements, building services, and specifications.


• Develop drawings and submit them to the Design Manager for approval before distributing to the project team for review.


• Coordinate and issue Construction status drawings to the relevant site team.


• Prepare O&M Manuals and issue them to clients at project completion.


• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks efficiently.


• Must be able to attend the Cork City office in person each working week.


• Participate in company team activities and building days throughout the year.
