Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:

    • Order stock and ensure the deli is well-stocked with fresh products.
    • Conduct regular stock checks to avoid waste and ensure products are rotated.
    • Keep the deli area clean and organized.
  4. Health and Safety:
    • Follow all food safety rules to ensure products are safe for customers.
    • Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
    • Ensure staff follow health and safety guidelines.
    • Keep track of deli sales and costs to meet budget targets.
    • Help reduce waste and manage expenses.
  5. Product Quality:
    • Ensure deli products are of high quality and visually appealing to customers.
    • Work with suppliers to offer new products and improve the deli section.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience working in a deli, food retail, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
