Senior Associate

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with a transportation bias to join a leading engineering consultancy. This senior role involves leading projects, mentoring teams, and driving technical excellence across high-profile transport and infrastructure developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from concept through delivery.
- Provide technical expertise across road, rail, and wider transport infrastructure.
- Oversee project teams, supporting their professional development and performance.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with other discipline leads to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in transportation engineering within consultancy.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
