Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with a transportation bias to join a leading engineering consultancy. This senior role involves leading projects, mentoring teams, and driving technical excellence across high-profile transport and infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from concept through delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise across road, rail, and wider transport infrastructure.
  • Oversee project teams, supporting their professional development and performance.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other discipline leads to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in transportation engineering within consultancy.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
