What you'll be doing:

Develop new products and ensure the entire supply chain from development to delivery at the warehouse, coordinate all Data Analytics of the ELO project during the registration to purchase order stage.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the release of new products, including handling sample information and formulations.
  • Develop new products from conceptualization to finished product delivery, actively participating with selected suppliers and providing technical guidance during specification, applying category development guidelines and establishing minimum quality standards, supporting local product development in the cluster.
  • Control, maintain, and support products undergoing safety and quality evaluation at each development stage, working mainly with suppliers in Mexico and abroad.
  • Ensure product quality, laboratory testing, and requirements that meet business standards, including evaluating sustainable packaging for fragile products in collaboration with new and existing suppliers.
