  • Achieve retail sales targets; daily, weekly, monthly as set by the Company.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty and promote new launches and events through targeted communication.
  • GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

·Provide prompt, polite, and efficient service at all times.

·Adhere to TOM FORD BEAUTY service standards.

·Demonstrate product expertise with every customer interaction.

  • PERSONAL GROOMING

·Maintain high personal grooming standards as required by TOM FORD BEAUTY.

·Wear the TOM FORD BEAUTY uniform, keeping it clean and professional.

·Adopt a bold TOM FORD BEAUTY look.

·Use only TOM FORD BEAUTY products during working hours unless instructed otherwise.

·Male specialists to follow Tom Ford Beauty Male Grooming guidelines.

  • WORK EFFECTIVELY AS PART OF A TEAM

·Assist colleagues and promote team efficiency by being flexible and taking on required tasks.

·Communicate effectively with the Account Coordinator and team members.

·Maintain punctuality to ensure team efficiency.

  • MAINTAIN HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS

·Regularly clean counters, testers, and displays to uphold brand image.

·Merchandise the counter according to brand guidelines.

·Follow hygiene standards and correctly utilize all tools and displays.

  • COMPLETE ADMINISTRATION

·Accurately complete all required administrative tasks, including sales reporting.

·Perform other duties as required to support the team and business.

Qualifications
  • Experience in make-up artistry or retail make-up is preferred but not mandatory; applicants with high creative and technical skills are welcome.
  • Ability to deliver personalized, authentic customer service.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview.
