Team Leader - Secondment

Due to promotion and progression, we at Cineworld Dublin are looking for a Team Leader on secondment basis to join the team. The Leadership team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 4 Cinema Managers, and currently 8 Team Leaders all leading and working with 60-80 Team Members and 2 Maintenance People. Our cinema has 17 Screens spread across 4 customer facing levels, a CaféBar, Concessions Stand and the Republic of Ireland's only Baskin Robbins counter. The cinema is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre (D01) boasting excellent transport links 24hrs a day via either Dublin bus or the LUAS lines. Alongside our standard 3D/2D equipped screens we have a large state of the art IMAX auditorium which is regularly used for National/European premieres, private hire conferencing and other eventing activities. Additionally, we regularly host a range of city based and national film festivals. We are popular with a range of customer bases with a growing foreign language and international demographic but also house Ireland's only 4DX equipped screen, where we are able to deliver an immersive multi-sensory cinematic experience incorporating on-screen visuals with synchronized motion seats and environmental effects.

As a Team Leader, you will be the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team Members, you will ensure a superior standard of service and a safe and clean environment for everyone.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
  • Food Handling and Stock Control
  • Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
  • Cleaning
  • Increasing Sales
  • Maintaining Standards
  • Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
  • Addressing and Resolving Complaints
  • Induction and Training of Team Members
  • Coaching Team Members
  • Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
  • Duty Manager Key Holding Duties
