Team Leader

Due to promotion and progression, we at Cineworld Dublin are looking for 2 Full-Time Team Leaders (39hr contract) to join the team. The full cinema team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 4 Cinema Managers, 9 Team Leaders and up to 100 Team Members. Our cinema has 17 Screens spread across 4 customer facing levels, a CafeBar, Concessions stand and the Republic of Ireland's only Baskin Robbins counter. The cinema is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre (D01) boasting excellent transport links 24hrs a day via either Dublin bus or the LUAS lines. Alongside our standard 3D/2D equipped screens we have a large state of the art IMAX auditorium which is regularly used for National/European premieres, private hire conferencing and other eventing activities.

So, if it is a little more responsibility that you are after, the Team Leader role is just for you. You and the team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team Members you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
- Duty Manager Key Holding Duties
