Job Description:

Our client runs a successful consultancy based in Dublin, seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Strategist and Consultant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales growth. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. The candidate will also work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts generate leads and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute content marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales enablement and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data and develop reports to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
  • Provide marketing consulting services to clients.

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and processes
  • Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
