B2B Marketing Manager EMEA - 6 Month Contract

Cpl Marketing are working with a global Software Development company who are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager on a minimum 6-month contract with view to extension. This role is hybrid working in Dublin but can be flexible for the right person based in Ireland. You will support the EMEA Enterprise Marketing team through developing and executing demand generation and awareness campaigns as well as other marketing initiatives supporting the Enterprise segment. This could include sales communications, marketing analytics, and supporting events.

Day to day:
  • Owning certain campaigns as part of the ABM strategy for Enterprise accounts in EMEA.
  • Supporting the organisation of our large events (Communication plans, liaising with Sales teams to drive registrations etc.).
  • Data driven to support in the analysing of results of marketing campaigns using Salesforce dashboards and Power BI and interpreting results/next steps where relevant.
  • Managing the regular Marketing newsletter communications to the EMEA sales team.
  • Supporting the ABM team where necessary in EMEA reporting to the Head of Enterprise ABM for EMEA.
  • Working with other marketing teams where relevant for Enterprise Accounts.
Requirements:
  • Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in ABM and B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a large sales team.
  • Data-driven and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional language such as Spanish (nice to have).
  • Experience of Salesforce, Power BI.
  • Experience of working with agencies to develop and monitor campaigns.
