My client is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct HR and Admin operations.
  • Partner strategically with the Global Executive Team.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate annual HR initiatives, engagement programs, and company events.
  • Oversee facilities management for Dublin offices.
  • Supervise the Dublin HR team to ensure high-quality service.
  • Report to the Head of HR and Admin.
  • Undertake any additional duties or business travel as required.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in HR and administration management.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish labour law.
  • Expertise in recruitment and talent management.
  • Skilled in payroll oversight and HR policy development.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Aviation experience an advantage but not essential.
