Working leading Irish Plc, who has requirement for Commercial Financial Analyst to join dynamic finance team. This is newly created role and will sit between Corporate Development team and Commercial team. I, personally, feel this is great role as you will gain exposure Corporate Finance side and Commercial side of a growing Irish Plc.

Other responsibilities:

  • Perform business case analysis on new business initiatives to support recommendations and evaluation through the commercial committee.
  • Supporting the commercial sales team to manage internal sales reporting; understand profitability trends of live and pipeline accounts; identify revenue impacting issues; and perform other analyses to assist the sales & commercial teams in negotiating stronger arrangements with clients and partner organisations.
  • Supporting the Corporate Development function on Corporate Development/M&A activity, including due diligence and financial modelling.
  • Partner with other business stakeholders to identify, quantify and rectify operational issues across the group.
  • Ad-hoc commercial and financial projects for senior leadership team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant or CFA Qualified, with strong academics.
  • Experience in a Corporate Finance house or Advisory/Deals division of a Big 4 Accounting firm or large Consulting firm, or currently working in a similar role.
  • This person should be driven and interested in the business, seeking to impact positively and drive change.

Remuneration:

Salary is between €65,000 to €75,000, Bonus, Deal Bonus, share options & Pension.
