The candidate must be trained in HACCP regulations and hold a PPS number and valid work permit for Ireland. A deep-rooted passion for food, excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, and the ability to work harmoniously with other staff and the management team are essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Showcase creative flair in menu development for the wine bar and functions.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Train and guide kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and minimizing wastage.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
  • Foster growth and development among junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members for smooth coordination.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organizational diligence.
  • Display flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Exude a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
