The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Global Process Owner, Supply Chain role will make an impact:

  • Act as a Global Process Gatekeeper for SAP Processes related to Plan To Supply (PTS), covering Master Data, Procurement and Inventory Management.
  • Work closely with SAP end users including Demand planners, Supply Planners, across all Viatris locations: Commercial Affiliates, Supply Hubs, Internal Manufacturing Plants and Global Supply Chain Functions (e.g., Order Management, Logistics, Inventory Management).
  • Support the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA according to program timelines, collaborate with SAP team, other IT teams, GMPLs (Global Mega Process Lead), BPOs (Business Process Owners), SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) and Business stakeholders.
  • Within the SAP S/4 HANA program, support activities related to Solution Design, System Configuration, Data Migration, Testing, Training and Go-Live support.
  • Implement incremental improvements, in collaboration with SAP team.
  • Test capability enhancement and new capability in Quality environment and Quality system (MTC). Support the implementation into Production environment ensuring that changes perform as expected.
  • Develop detailed knowledge and expertise in SAP functionality, master data and reporting related to PTS processes.
  • Support the roll-out of metrics (KPIs) and reporting supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Develop and refine end user training content; roll-out training to end users.
  • Facilitate SAP PTS Community of Practice to enable knowledge sharing between SAP end users.
  • Support continuous improvement of PTS processes and ways of working based on end-user feedback and business requirements.
About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain /Manufacturing SAP
  • Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain / Supply Network Planning
  • Third Level Qualification in a Supply Chain or IT discipline
  • Strong knowledge of system enabled PTS, SAP reference
  • Solid project management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience of leading and delivering change
  • Experience in developing process improvements/new ways of working
  • Demonstrate focus on delivery of business results via process improvements
  • Strong analytical capability essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • APICS qualification an advantage
  • Prior Pharma experience an advantage but not essential
