Requirements

  • Have a strong desire to work within the automotive industry
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a good level of IT skill
  • Hold a valid B driving license
  • Evidence of previous relevant experience in a comparable warehouse / stock control / customer service environment would be an advantage
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Availability for shift work
  • Forklift licence would be preferable but training and certification could be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible for assisting the stores staff in providing an efficient and quality service to our workshop colleagues
  • Receiving part deliveries, checking & placing in stock
  • Distributing required parts and material directly to your workshop colleagues
  • Assisting in carrying out stock checks
  • Collecting parts directly from suppliers
  • During quiet periods in the stores, assist in workshop maintenance, cleaning, and possible general operative and PDI duties.
