Head of Finance Aircraft Leasing Dublin

About the Job:

A leading global aircraft lessor is seeking a Head of Finance to join its Dublin office. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will lead an international finance team covering financial reporting, analysis, and tax. The role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining strong financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee preparation of financial statements under IFRS/GAAPLead global audit processes and ensure regulatory complianceProvide financial analysis and scenario planning to support executive decisionsManage global tax compliance and optimisation effortsEnhance financial operations, reporting, and forecasting capabilitiesMentor and develop a geographically dispersed finance teamDrive best-in-class processes and support business growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Qualified Accountant with substantial finance leadership experienceBackground in aircraft leasing or consultingExpertise in corporate reporting, analysis, and international taxDemonstrated experience managing global finance teamsStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumenProficient in financial systems and advanced Excel
