Job Description

Our team is seeking a talented Engagement Manager to join our dynamic group. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams to conduct market research and perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will gather, analyze, and interpret data in support of assessments, including aircraft lease and maintenance condition documentation.

You will develop and use complex analytical models to evaluate portfolios of aircraft on lease. Your expertise will also extend to becoming knowledgeable on aviation industry issues across the full value chain. You will present results of studies and analyses, and draft report deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong, demonstrable interest in, and passion for, the aircraft leasing industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, team management, and teambuilding skills
  • Comprehension of finance fundamentals
  • Familiarity with aircraft lease and aircraft maintenance condition documentation
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to model economic and technical aspects of an aircraft transaction
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Superior organizational skills, flexibility managing multiple priorities, working to changing deadlines, and attention to detail
