The Co-Sec and Compliance Manager is responsible for fostering a compliant work environment within the organization. This involves developing, reviewing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include evaluating and organizing client due diligence documentation, identifying compliance risks and requirements, and participating in working groups focused on compliance matters related to aircraft leasing.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in compliance/risk/audit in a corporate services provider or aircraft leasing firm, as well as a certification from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (or an equivalent certification).
A degree in business administration or a relevant field is required, along with exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with senior management, business teams, and stakeholders.
