Leadership Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Vice President or Senior Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts in the EMEA region. This is a key strategic position responsible for driving commercial growth and managing lease transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute complex aircraft lease transactions.
  • Develop and implement targeted regional marketing and sales strategies to support long-term business objectives.
  • Oversee daily sales and marketing operations ensuring alignment with broader commercial strategy.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities including aircraft transitioning off lease.
  • Design and implement coordinated regional marketing programs aligned with regional market dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial proposals and develop pricing strategies for both existing and future lease products.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and performance providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key commercial airline clients across the region.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead business development and prospecting efforts to identify new lessees.
  • Support end-to-end negotiation processes from LOI through documentation to deal completion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Extensive experience in aircraft leasing with a strong background in sales and marketing within the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record in managing complex aircraft lease transactions and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the aviation leasing market and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
