Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Sales & Marketing team in the EMEA region. This is a strategic role, responsible for driving lease transactions and supporting commercial growth across key markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute complex aircraft lease transactions
  • Develop and drive targeted regional marketing and sales strategies to support long-term business goals
  • Oversee day-to-day sales and marketing operations, ensuring consistency with broader commercial strategy
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities, including the placement of aircraft transitioning off lease
  • Design and implement a coordinated regional marketing programme, aligned with regional market dynamics
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial proposals and develop pricing strategies for both existing and future lease products
  • Track and report on sales activity and performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key commercial airline clients across the region
  • Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis to proactively identify new business opportunities
  • Lead business development and prospecting efforts to identify new lessees
  • Support end-to-end negotiation processes, from LOI through documentation to deal completion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in aircraft leasing, with a strong background in sales and marketing within the EMEA region
  • Proven track record in managing complex aircraft lease transactions and engaging with senior-level stakeholders
  • Deep commercial understanding of the aviation leasing market and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
