Comfort Keepers are expanding our team in counties Meath and Louth. While supporting with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, your genuine compassion and attentiveness will help our clients feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily routines, mobility, hygiene, continence care, dressing, and medication prompts as required
- Promote client safety and comfort, maintain privacy and independence, and create a caring, respectful environment
- Ensure the living space is safe and secure; communicate with clients and team to support well-being
- Build rapport with clients to reduce isolation and support emotional well-being
- Compassionate, attentive, and patient approach; genuine desire to help others
- Flexibility to accommodate different rosters; willingness to work varied hours
- Full Garda Vetting; QQI qualification encouraged (free to learners) and training opportunities provided
- Ability to follow care plans, work independently and as part of a team
- Hourly rates of up to €17 per hour; premium rates for half-hour visits, weekends, bank holidays, length of service, and qualification
- Unbeatable mileage payment between clients (separate from paid travel time)
- Paid travel time between client visits (separate from mileage)
