We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our operations in Ireland (Kiltimagh).
What is your role?As our new HR Business Partner Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning the HR strategy with our business objectives. This role goes beyond operational HR; you will be a trusted advisor to leadership, driving initiatives that support business growth and employee development.
Your primary focus will be:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborating with business leaders in Spain to understand their goals and translating these into impactful HR strategies.
- Driving Business Impact: Leading strategic HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Building Talent Pipelines: Partnering with leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attraction, retention, and succession planning.
- Shaping Culture: Acting as a cultural ambassador, ensuring alignment with our company values and fostering a positive employee experience.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leveraging HR analytics to provide insights that inform business and workforce strategies.
While operational HR tasks such as payroll and administration will be managed by our HR Connect team, you will focus on adding value at a strategic level, ensuring HR initiatives support long-term business success.
Your TeamYou will be part of the South-West Europe cluster, working closely with a team of four HR colleagues, led by the HR Leader South-West Europe. You will also be supported by over 75 HR professionals across Kramp, giving you access to a broad network of expertise and collaboration opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be to partner with business leaders in Operations, Logistics and Commerce, supporting managers and employees in our warehouse in Ireland, while ensuring alignment with the broader HR strategy for the region.
By understanding the strategic goals of the business, you will align HR initiatives to support operational effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the Ireland region.
Who Are You?For this role, we have a couple requirements:
- Practical experience in operational HR and business partnering with both white- and blue-collar employees, particularly in logistics and operations.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively to support business goals.
- An educational background equivalent to a bachelor's degree in people management, human resources, or a related field, paired with a strong desire to grow further.
- Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
- A proactive, business-oriented approach, with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
