Coleman Legal LLP is a very busy litigation practice based in Dublin 1. As part of the firm's continuing growth, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretaryto work as part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in plaintiff litigation. The role is full-time.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Providing solicitors with support and assistance
  • Producing legal documents
  • Preparation of documentation for court
  • Briefing and liasing with Counsel
  • Liasing with various experts as required
  • Reviewing Discovery
  • Manage filing and archiving
  • Communicating with clients on instruction of solicitors
  • Other general administration duties as required

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' litigation experience, including personal injury, historical sexual abuse, and medical negligence
  • A high level of computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with a case management system (experience with Keyhouse would be of advantage)
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload
  • Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good work ethic and a willingness to learn

Salary - Competitive, Based on experience

Centrally located, close to Luas, Bus and Dart lines
