CareerWise Recruitment is seeking an experienced Evening Shift Production Supervisor on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company based in County Limerick. This is a permanent opportunity offering full responsibility for the evening production shift, ensuring output is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the evening shift production schedule in line with sales forecasts and customer orders
  • Manage staffing levels to meet production demands, ensuring adequate cover and team efficiency
  • Coordinate raw material supply from the warehouse based on daily production requirements
  • Deliver and monitor staff training programs, identifying areas for skill development and retraining
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports to senior management
  • Track and present production KPIs during weekly Operations Meetings
  • Work closely with HR to address employee-related matters and support staff engagement
  • Supervise and support the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Previous experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous

Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 01:00 AM
  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
