BDC Manager

Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is looking for an experienced and self-motivated BDC Manager to join their team. The BDC Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center and ensuring high customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Auto industry.

Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. offers an attractive pay structure with a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, plus commission. Additional benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) contributions, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Establish and manage processes to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Analyze customer data to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Generate new business leads and increase sales opportunities
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Update and manage website content
• Manage staff schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Assist in other areas of the dealership as needed

• Strong understanding of the Auto industry
• Proven track record in sales/marketing management
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
