The day to day.

• Write, test, and maintain software applications that are resilient, robust, and perform at scale
• Drive results by seeking out and anticipating roadblocks, and identifying improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain productive and trusting relationships with the manager, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• When faced with a roadblock or challenge, improve the process to prevent similar issues in the future, increasing overall efficiency
• Leverage an understanding of team roles and work scope to achieve goals by utilizing the skills of cross-functional individuals
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2+ years of writing software using Agile practices to deliver high quality software addressing customer needs
• Strong interest in the inner workings of WordPress and how users build with it
• PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript + the ability to quickly adapt to new software language requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships through open communication, fostering collaboration to achieve team and company objectives
• Experience leading and presenting to peers and immediate managers
• Experience working with CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines
